PAN INDIA B-Plan Competition
|
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Meraki is a word that modern Greeks often use to describe doing something with soul, creativity, or love — when you put "something of yourself" into what you're doing, whatever it may be. Meraki is often used to describe cooking or preparing a meal, but it can also mean arranging a room, choosing decorations, or setting an elegant table. Udaan, E-cell at FIIB believes that, if India is to be a developed nation by 2020, it needs to facilitate investments in socially, financially and technologically sustainable entrepreneurial ventures. In order to promote this belief and vision, Udaan has planned to organize a pan-India Business Plan Competition - Meraki each year. People have one or the other business acumen, but the lack of right platform to shape their ideas into reality, makes these ideas fizzle out. It is said that 9 out of 10 business ideas fail due to the lack of the right platform. Meraki is an initiative by Udaan (E-cell at FIIB) in this direction. Meraki is to provide an impetus to the growing ideas of the ignited minds of the young and passionate to be entrepreneurs. Udaan believes Meraki will be a right platform to bridge the gap existing between ideas into socially, financially and technologically sustainable business ventures. As part of Meraki, top venture capitalists of the country will be sharing their experiences and hearing your B-Plan pitch. Team Meraki invites you to participate in this truly one-of-its kind B-School event, and one that should not be missed! See you on March 2nd...
