Rise up for this event and be a part of the tradition followed for last two years expressing your knowledge, intuition, intellect, realism and along with fun. Motivation is the dire need today and Abhivyakti is the platform which will instigate the fire to perform in a better way.
Come and join the world of ideas and be "The Power of Expression."

PLEASE NOTE:

• Last Date for registration is 22th February, 2012 (Thursday).
• Participants must report at the institute on or before 9.15 am on 24th (Friday) & 25th Feb, 2012 (Saturday).
• Transportation facility will be available from selected pick-up points. For further information please contact Dixit Patel: 08238800993
• Accommodation facility is available for outsiders on first come first serve basis.
• Each Participant is required to pay Rs. 100 for registration.

GAMES CRITERIA
PAPER PRESENTATION
Rules:
1. Each team will comprise of Minimum 2 and Maximum 3 participants.
2. The participating team will be given 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for question and answer round.
3. In case 2nd round is required, additional time of 5 minutes will be given for the same presentation and 2 minutes for question answer.
4. The presentation should be in PowerPoint Presentation Format and participants should also carry a hard copy of their presentation.
5. Hardcopies of the presentation have to be submitted on the event day to the game coordinator Mr. Vishal Panchal.
6. Participants must submit their respective presentations on-line latest by 22nd February, 2012 (Wed) on abhivyakti@iite.edu.in

Criteria for Judgment:
• Contents of the presentation
• Quality and appearance of the presentation
• Delivery and communication effectiveness of the presenters
• Handling of questions

Rules:
1. There would be individual participation
2. Each participant would be given 3 minutes to perform
3. Participants can showcase their talent through dancing, singing, mono acting, mimicry, stand-up comedy, public speaking etc.

POSTER MEIN MASTER

Rules:
1. 20 groups will be finalised after elimination.
2. 2 members in each group.
3. 3 themes will be provided from which participants will have to make poster selecting one of them within 30 minutes.
4. Materials required will be provided.
5. The competition is restricted to the use of painting colours only.

• Idea
• Attractiveness
• Theme justification
• Neatness

CAMPUS MANIA
Rules:

1. Each team will consist of 3 members.
2. On 24th Feb. instructions related to game will be provided and on 25th actual game will be conducted.
3. Elimination round will be conducted if required.
4. Rounds to be conducted will be decided on the basis of number of entries for this game.
5. This game is about noticing power and team work. Participants will be asked questions related to Indus campus. Time for collecting information related to campus will be provided to participants.
6. Information regarding points and rounds will be provided to participants on 24th Feb.

BATTLE OF BRAINS

Rules:
1. Each team shall consist of two members
2. Elimination of teams shall be done at the end of each round
3. Elimination round shall be conducted if required

BADSHAH-E-ISHTEHAAR

Rules:
• Each team will consist of minimum 2 and maximum 4 members.
• One sector will be provided to participants on the day of event. Based on that sector each team needs to define their product in terms of concept of 4p's of marketing.
• Each team has to prepare a role play, radio jingle and a print ad as a part of promotion (compulsory)
• Required material will be provided for preparing print ad.
• 60 minutes will be given for preparation, 8 minutes for presentation 2 for questioning.
• Elimination round will be conducted if required.

RISE-UP

Rules:
1. Each team shall consist of 4 members
2. Required material will be provided for building up a structure
3. 20 minutes will be given for the same.
4. The tallest structure will not be the ONLY criteria for which the team will be considered for the award.

RACE TO TRACE

Rules:
1. Here the teams compete with each other in the given time to get to the treasure first.
2. Teams will have to find spots given in the clues provided.
3. At the starting point teams will be given the clue for the next spot where they have to reach to get the clue for further spots.
4. And so by solving the clues at each level the team has to reach the finishing point.
5. First team reaching the finishing point will win.
6. Elimination round will be conducted if required.
7. Participation is limited to 5 members per group.

HAT- SHIFT
Rules:
1. Only individual participation is allowed.
2. Topics will be given on the spot.
3. Participant will get 1 minute to think and then 2 minutes to speak on the topic.
4. If a judge raises green flag then participant should speak in favour of the topic and in case of red, participant needs to speak against the topic. Participant needs to speak according to the colour of flag raised by judges.

BIZCZAR

Rules:
1. Participants will be given an envelope consisting materials of approximately the equal value.
2. Participants will have to use those materials to make some product with their creativity and sell that product within the campus.
3. One and half hours will be provided to participants to show their creativity and marketing skills.
4. Each team will consist of 4 members.
5. Elimination round will be conducted if required.

MINUTE TO WIN IT
Rules:
1. Minute to Win It is a fun game.
2. Only Individual entries are allowed. Maximum of 40 entries on first come first serve basis.
3. Each game will be of 1 minute.
4. 4 rounds will be conducted to decide the winner.
5. Examples of games are as follows.

 By a Thread
The contestant is supposed to run a thread through the eye of not one, not four, but ten needles. And the challenge involved here is that, each eye is smaller than the previous eye of the needle.

 Hanky Panky
In just one minute, the contestant needs to pull out all the 160 tissues in a tissue box with just one hand.
(Note: Above games are just for example. Actual games will be different.)

Rules:
1. Back to childhood is a fun game.
2. Only individual entries are allowed.
3. Games like sack race, lemon and spoon, and tug of war are included.
