MOCK STOCK
Here is a game, modelled on stock exchanges the world over, taking you through the main moves of share transactions. This game will capture the excitement of real time trading on the stock market.
There will be rumours and news, using them you have to decipher the clues, Decode the puzzle of Stocks, IPOs and ADRs and claim the title of 'Stock market Czar'.
Rules:
- Time duration : 60min to 90 min
- Each round will be of 6 mins. First 3 mins : News ; next 3 mins : Trading. News will be put up during the trading time.
- 3 trading days
- 1 trading day equivalents 1 round
- Each trading day has 2 sessions
- 1 broker is given per team
- Corpus money given to each team for investment Rs 10 lakhs
- 75% of corpus to be invested in day 1.
- Not more than 10% of total corpus would be allowed to trade in one particular script.
- Brokerage charges of 1% to be included for every transaction.
- One can buy, sell and short sell.
- If short sell has been executed it has to be done on session 1 of the day and must be squared off in session 2 of each round.
- Portfolio for each team will be available with the broker so the teams can view it anytime at their convenience
- Last session we have auto square off so one should not buy at that time.
