A manager needs to be not only wise but also witty, a problem-solver and a decision maker. You need to fit the bill and the bar will be raised higher...And higher. The tasks will be a heady mix of stratagy, scrutiny, stress tests, crisis handling and plain common sense.

With two days ( 2nd& 3rd March, 2012) full of daunting and demanding tasks, there will absolutely be no room for breath.

General Guidelines
• This is an individual event.
• Event open to all students from various colleges, at the post graduate level.
• There is no restriction on the number of participants in the event
• Task and event details will be provided before the beginning of the particular task.
• The decisions of the organizers of the contest will be final and binding on all the participants.
• Adhere to the time frame and the rules of the event. The tasks and event will start on time and no one will be allowed once the event is started.
• Participants will be scored on the basis of performance of various tasks, the highest scorer will be declared winner.
• The decision of the judges/promoters of the event will be deemed as final.

The most challenging task for any organization, be it a global company or the grass root level proprietorship, is to get effective Managers to take the organization to greater heights. Best Manager seeks to bring out the core skills of an effective leader and manager.

The event is split-up into tasks that the participants have to complete and score points. The tasks WILL not be easy and shall focus on different aspects of leadership and management, requiring the participant to use his skill, wits and common-sense. The event will be spread over two days, with details of the tasks given before the event. Observation is a key factor in the event, focusing on competition and excelling, the objective.
