Write article(s) on Controversial Marketing campaigns, taking stands both for and against and presenting your arguments for the same. Those participating in teams can choose opposite arguments and submit a single article on the same or can write points for both sides and combine them. Some examples of such campaigns include UCB's Unhate Ad Campaign, Coca Cola's Brrr Campaign, The Axe Effect Campaigns, etc. Include a short 50-100 word synopsis on what the campaign/ad is about or simply include a link to the video(s) of the ad/campaign. Only one article is to be submitted per campaign/ad.

Rules and Regulations:

Each team can have a maximum of two members
A student cannot be a member of more than one team
All questions/doubts should be asked on MarkLab as a comment in reply to this post (at the bottom of the page)
Only original work should be submitted. Plagiarized entries would be publicly disqualified.
Entries are required to be submitted in word/pdf format, 1.15 line spacing and font Calibri.
The length of the article (combined For/Against in one doc) must not exceed 750 words (including synopsis/links).
All entries must be sent to mymarklab@fms.edu with MarkLab Article writing Contest #1 in the subject line.
The submission deadline is 23rd February 2012, 11:59 pm. No entries beyond the deadline will be eligible.
All submissions made for the event will be a property of MarkLab and no further rights over the same can be claimed by the participants in the future.
