Pratibimb – The TAPMI's e-Magazine - is the conglomeration of the various specializations in MBA (Marketing, Finance, HR, Systems and Operations). It is primarily intended to provide insights into the plethora of knowledge that relate to the various departments of Management and to give an opportunity to the students of TAPMI and the best brains across country to exhibit their creative cells. The magazine also strives to bring expert inputs from industries, thereby bringing the academia and industry together.

We invite all the best brains from various B-schools to come and showcase their knowledge and acumen in the form of an article for the June issue of Pratibimb. The articles can be on any field of business from Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR to Systems. You can send us articles on:

•Recent developments or trends in any of these fields
•Latest trends, innovative practices, strategies etc. in the global perspective
•Apart from above, creative works in relation to any of the fields will be equally appreciated

Rules for the competition:

1.The article should not have been previously published on any other platform including blogs
2.Format: Times New Roman, Font Size: 12, One column, Spacing: 1.15sp
Maximum of 4 pages or 2500 words allowed for an article (including references and excluding cover page)
3.Source of all the diagrams/pictures (if taken from other sources) used in article should be mentioned below the diagram/picture itself
4.References should be as per APA referencing Style: Name the file as "BAC_Article Topic_Institute Name". Article should be in Doc/ docx format
5.The best entry will receive a letter of appreciation and a cash prize of Rs 1000/-
