GENESIS
An entrepreneur would like to evaluate the opportunities for financing its product, both goods and services. The dynamic market conditions poses threats and challenges where complex decisions are taken. Hence as an entrepreneur it becomes increasingly important to find the opportunities and more important so as to evaluate these opportunities and how such conditions are likely to influence those evaluations.
The entrepreneur may possess what appears to be a brilliant idea but whether it can turn into a profitable opportunity has to be explored.
Preliminary investment, the working capital, the daily activities, profitability and the time entrepreneur is willing to spend are some of the major factors that need to be considered before evaluating the options for taking a decision.
The difference between a successful and failed entrepreneur lies in whether the entrepreneur can attract customers’ attention and bring profits. The entrepreneur may not possess all the expertise required and requires helping hand. The decision may or may not be successful one and requires prior experience and judgement. Thus it becomes very important for student entrepreneurs to understand the starting point of Business Plan.
The discussion aims at understanding the basic issues required in defining a business successfully which help in distinguishing between winning and the losing.
Transformation
Without taking action you will never move forward and reach the results you want. Coaching is about getting results; listening to what the client really wants and working together, setting out the measurable steps to be taken that result in action and success.
Having a business idea can only fulfil need for conversation but transforming it into a full fledged business plan will fulfil your aspirations.
This session will facilitate the budding entrepreneurs to understand the intricacies and dynamics of a business plan and gauge not only the gravity but also the steps that lead towards a fully functional business plan.
Revelation
This will be an interactive session between the entrepreneurs and the students. Here entrepreneurs will be sharing their success stories and various hurdles which they encountered while growing their ventures. Students will be able to discuss their apprehensions regarding their various business ideas and also can learn from his experiences.
