An idea forms the crux of every masterpiece. Over the years, brilliance has emerged from the minds of great thinker s who have dared to think beyond boundaries and conventions, thus proving themselves as architects of the future.
We, the students of the MBA (Day) Department of the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, the first B-School of India, are proud to present MANAGEREAL 2012: The Annual Inter B-School Fest of the Institute. It is an initiative which aims at testing the skills and nerves of tomorrow's managers in an endeavour to achieve managerial and business excellence.

Managereal 2012 tries to capture the essence of creativity, team spirit and entrepreneurship skills within the minds of future managers, thus embodying the spirit of Cogito Ergo sum. It inspires students to seek, solve and succeed by thinking outside the box, applying theoretical knowledge and technical training and exploiting core competencies. This event is a humble attempt to honour great thinkers and their extraordinary thirst for knowledge and wisdom, to emulate their courage and indomitable spirit to become world class managers.

MANAGEREAL is scheduled on the 8th and 9th of February, 2012. Several innovative and competitive challenges await the future managers. Only the best manager will take home the trophy.
