Theme - With the theme "Catalyzing Change" TEDxIIMRanchi is focusing on change and the stories of individuals who have brought about a paradigm shift in society. The speakers include people who have been driving change in a variety of fields including social activism, entrepreneurship, sports, media, arts, public administration etc.

About IIM Ranchi - Continuing the tradition of excellence in management education, represented by the Indian Institutes of Management, an IIM was established in Ranchi to serve the increasing demand for quality managers in the corporate world, whilst striving for excellence and working towards its core value of inclusive growth for the greater good.
